CDT is a Competency Development Tool brought to you by the Institute. Developed by the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA) and known as MINT in New Zealand, CDT aims to help you in planning your career, identify the competencies you need to reach the top of your chosen career stream and, most importantly, link you to some relevant resources to assist you in your professional development.
